Veterans Administration Office of Privacy and Records Management (OPRM)

TDG Inc., under our VETS GWAC contract, is assisting the VA’s Office of Privacy and Records Management (OPRM) in complying with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), E-Government Act (E-gov) and other legal and policy related and administrative requirements.  We are updating and maintaining an existing electronic system that assists in the comparison of VA documents to federal laws, regulations, and guidance in order to ensure VA compliance with the federal privacy legal drivers.
