Core Values
The TDG Foundation
Our foundation is a select collection of employees who espouse two basic ethical behavior standards:
Personal and professional performance and reputation enhanced by honesty, integrity, and working to a common goal.
Excellence is achieved by promoting a can-do attitude of mutual support between each other and with our clients.
TDG, Inc. is honored to present a $10,000 donation to St. Francis House of Gainesville, FL, in memory of David C. Black, beloved father of our President and Chief Operating Officer, D. Courtney Black. Following David’s passing in August 2025, he requested that donations be made in his honor to a charity or church of choice.
St. Francis House’s mission is to empower women and families with children to achieve lasting self-sufficiency by providing personalized case management, nutritious meals, and access to educational, health, and career resources in a safe and supportive environment.
