Joint Venture Companies


TDG is a Member-Owner of three limited liability Joint Ventures Companies (JVs):


DV United, LLC: TDG’s CEO was the founder of DV United, LLC, an SDVOSB Joint Venture owning the Department of Health and Human Services CIO-SP3 Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Prime Contract Vehicles.


T4, LLC: TDG’s CEO and its President were co-founders of T4, LLC, an SDVOSB Joint Venture owning the U.S. Army CHESS ITS-SB Prime Contract Vehicle.


T-Four, LLC: TDG’s President was founder of T-Four, LLC, a Small Business Joint Venture Company owning the U.S. Army CHESS ITES-3S Prime Contract Vehicle.


DV United, LLC – DV United was initially formed in 2005 to pursue GSA’s VETS Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (VETS GWAC) – ten-year, $5B ceiling GWAC. TDG’s CEO performs as the COO for DV United and TDG performs all the back-office functions for DV United. DV United was started with nine small businesses and currently operates with 34-member small businesses within the joint venture. The DV United’s accounting system has been reviewed by DCAA and found to be acceptable for Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts. Under the leadership of the COO, DV United has developed over $60M in business and over the past nine years has been awarded the second largest number of task orders under VETS GWAC. In 2012, DV United expanded the LLC’s contract base by bidding and being awarded small business (SB) and SDVOSB contracts ($20B contract ceiling) under the National Institute of Health’s CIO-SP3 contract.

T4, LLC – T4 was formed to pursue the Army’s Information Technology Services – Small Business (ITS-SB) GWAC. T4 was awarded a five-year contract in 2011. The ITS-SB contract provides a range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with information technology (IT) services within CONUS. The scope of the effort encompasses Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) Services, Information Assurance, Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), Migration / Integration IT Services, and Warranty and Maintenance Services. TDG’s President performs as the COO for T4 and TDG performs all the back-office functions for T4. The contract has an $800M ceiling.

T-Four, LLC – T-Four was formed in 2016 to bid the Army CHESS ITES-3S Prime Contract Vehicle. It is comprised of five Owner/members, eighteen Exclusive Partners and eight non-exclusive partners.  In late 2018, T-Four was awarded the prestigious U. S. Army CHESS ITES-3S Prime Contract Vehicle. TDG’s President performs as the CEO for T-Four and TDG performs all the back-office functions for T-Four. T-Four is a global Information Technology partner of choice, working with its Clients, rather than operating in a vacuum. T-Four is strong, yet flexible enough respond quickly with the Information Technology experts and solutions required to assure its Clients reduced cost, increased ROI and Mission Critical Program success. T-Four offers exceptional IT solutions covering technology disciplines including: Cybersecurity Services, IT Services, Business Process Reengineering, Enterprise Design, Integration & Consolidation, Network/Systems Operations and Maintenance, Telecommunications Operations & Maintenance, IT Supply Chain Management, and IT Education & Training.
