FISMA Security Control Assessor – hiring multiple positions

The FISMA Security Control Assessor has specialized experience in the security authorization following NIST guidelines, process analysis and redesign, performance measurement and management, strategy, risk management, and security operations. She/he must have a minimum of two years of experience consulting or conducting security assessments in accordance with NIST guidelines, a Bachelor’s degree (engineering, math, or science degree is required). Four years of relevant work in conducting assessments is preferred.

The individual will provide System Authorization support services, including conducting independent assessments, assisting in the development of required security documentation, and the preparation, review, and briefing of completed authorization packages for signature for FISMA reportable systems. This will include the documents that comprise a full System Authorization (initial) or Re-Authorization based on the current FAA System Authorization Handbook. The individual must provide support to develop a System Authorization packages and execute the associated tasks required in support of their development through independent assessment or ISSO support services.

The individual will provide Independent Assessment Services:
• Assessment of system security controls as documented in the SSP.
• Conduct a risk assessment based on findings of the security controls assessment.
• Develop the Security Assessment Report (SAR).
• Develop the Risk Assessment Report (RAR).
• Document the POA&Ms.
• Support the development of the Executive Summary.

The individual will conduct annual reviews and make updates to the system documentation.

Experience with FAA, FAA security, and Cyber Security Assessment Management (CSAM) is a plus.

Privacy Analyst – hiring multiple positions
The Privacy Analyst has specialized experience in privacy and security process analysis and redesign, performance measurement and management, strategy, risk management, and privacy and security operations. She/he must have a minimum of four years of experience consulting or implementing privacy and security activities that cover most aspects of the Privacy program as described below and must have attained and maintained a privacy certification from an internationally accepted accrediting source such as the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Requires Bachelor’s degree (engineering, math, or science degree is required) and 4 years of relevant experience.

The individual will provide support for the implementation of activities identified in the PII Reduction/Elimination Project Plan, to include:
• Conduct Privacy Threshold Analyses and Privacy Impact Analyses for FAA IT Systems.
• Review and update baseline of current holdings of all PII to ensure such holdings are accurate, relevant, timely and complete.
• Develop criteria and procedures to identify PII reduction candidates (paper and automated systems).
• Develop and document PII data mappings of paper/automated/business processes for up to three paper/automated/business processes (identified by the FAA) per contract year.
• Analyze processes and identify risks. Report risks and recommendations for mitigating identified risks
• Review the Information Collections repository to ensure the forms, web sites and associated data collections are compliant with applicable privacy requirements.

Experience with FAA is a plus. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Momentum Internal Controls Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a large Government financial management and business transformation program meet mission objectives and goals. As a member of the financial management business transformation (FMBT) team successful candidate will be deeply involved with the development, documentation, and implementation of fiscal security controls, procedures, protocols, etc.

Additional tasks include but may not be limited to the following:
• Management of a Momentum Internal Controls Team
• Developing financial system information security and data protection strategy.
• Supporting financial system and data protection compliance efforts
• Developing User Roles for the FMBT to implement Role Based security
• Analysis of User Roles to ensure the required separation of duties for each operating unit
• Support agency Authority to Operate (ATO) update process to add external agency implementations of existing software applications
• Support the development, implementation, and auditing activities to ensure separation of duties is maintained within the FMBT system

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in a Management or Technical Discipline from an accredited institution
• Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) certification required
• Shall be Certified Information Security Specialist (CISSP) and familiar with Federal Civilian Agencies with experience in security, policy and procedures
• 10 years of experience implementing internal controls for a Federal enterprise resource planning (ERP) ERP implementation
• U.S. Citizen
• CGI Momentum experience, Fiscal Management, and Accounting experience are desired
